| What is the Country Breakfast? The Country Breakfast is the Vocal Music Department’s largest annual fundraiser. Guests are served a hearty breakfast of ham, eggs, pastries, and all the pancakes you can eat while being entertained by the extremely talented MHS Vocal Music Department. Who comes to the Country Breakfast? Choir Students, parents, friends, neighbors, and the entire community are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is one of the hottest tickets in town! Who will sing at the Country Breakfast? All of the school choirs will perform. Additionally, choral students have the unique opportunity to put together their own performance. Parents and friends are encouraged to perform with the students. Pop, Country, Blue Grass, it’s up to you. More information about performing at the Country Breakfast will be available in the choir room and/or sent home in your Country Breakfast packet in early January. (But it’s never to early to start thinking about your performance) What else happens at the Country Breakfast? In addition to the fabulous entertainment, there will be a huge Silent Auction. Jewelry, Golf Packages, Art, Fishing and Boating Trips are only a few of the many auction items. Help is needed and welcome The Country Breakfast Committee will begin meeting in September. All choir parents (including freshman parents) are invited to be on the committee. This is a wonderful way to be involved at the high school level and a great way to meet other high school parents.
